Acceptance of terms

By using the Star Sports website and registration services, you agree to these terms.

Registrations & payments

Program prices, discounts, and any surcharges are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Refunds & cancellations

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Refund requests submitted before the season begins will be reviewed individually. A $30 non-refundable fee per child covers the cost of their personalized jersey, which is ordered upon registration.

Requests are made by email before the program starts and are reviewed individually. One child may be registered once per program each season.

Referrals

You earn one star each time a family registers with your link — one star per family, however many children they sign up. Stars count once their payment goes through. If that registration is refunded, the star is removed. Stars add up across every season — they never reset.

Rewards are issued by Star Sports and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Umrah reward is coordinated only with Star Sports and is capped in value; full terms are provided when it is earned.

Code of conduct

We ask athletes, families, and coaches to treat one another with respect on and off the field.

Liability & waivers

Participation may require a guardian-signed waiver for each athlete. Waiver terms are provided during registration and retained for your records.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
